I am a Board Certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse with 20 years of experience. I treat a variety of mental health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as others. I treat clients from ages 6 years old and aboves.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism and OCD. Supporting young people and their families has always been at the heart of my work. I am committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive mental health care. My current specialty is treating patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Opioid use disorder with suboxone. As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. In addition to any medications that may be prescribed, therapy is encouraged to all patients. I believe in mindfulness, exercise, and behavioral therapies.

I provide thoughtful, individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, stress, and women’s mental health concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on understanding the full picture of your health and your life. With experience in both psychiatric and primary care, I consider how emotional well-being, lifestyle, medications, relationships, and life circumstances may intersect.
