It’s okay to need support. Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, mood changes, trauma, depression, or panic begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may notice your mind won’t slow down, your sleep is off, or it’s harder to focus and keep up with daily responsibilities. When stress builds or world events add to the weight you’re carrying, it can start to feel like too much to manage alone. Many people reach a point where coping strategies no longer feel like enough, and that’s often when support can make a real difference.
I believe care should feel personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and create a space where you feel comfortable being open without fear of judgment. I’ll be honest and supportive, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while offering guidance that feels practical and manageable.
My goal is to help you feel more balanced, clear, and confident in navigating your day-to-day life.
As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I specialize in adults/ college students struggling with mood instability, women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum. As well as working with families navigating schizophrenia and or mood disorders. I believe healing begins when the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is nurtured. My approach goes beyond medication alone, blending evidence-based psychiatric treatment with lifestyle and wellness strategies designed to restore balance and promote lasting emotional well-being.
I provide warm, affirming telepsychiatry for adults across Texas, including professionals, healthcare workers, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those seeking kink- and ENM/poly-affirming care. I especially enjoy working with people who are used to being the strong one and may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or tired of carrying everything alone. My care combines thoughtful medication management with brief supportive therapy when appropriate, so treatment feels personal and connected.
