I'm Christina Rodriguez, LMFT, a Christian therapist who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and the emotional wounds that continue to affect their relationships, self-worth, and daily life. I believe healing is possible when you have a safe place to process your story with compassion, evidence-based therapy, and if you desire a faith-centered approach rooted in biblical truth.

My goal is to help you find the words for your struggles, gain clarity from your experiences, and create space for your learning, growth and healing—so you can move closer to the life you envision. Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or a major life change, and looking for support that honors your story and background? I support individuals, age 18+, including people navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, cultural expectations, self-esteem, and work or school stress. My primary focus is helping you feel heard while finding greater wholeness and connection.
I have had over ten years of training in a variety of somatic therapy approaches. I received my BA in Anthropology at the University of Georgia, and a MA in Counseling Psychotherapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. I've published and presented internationally on themes of embodiment, culture, ancestral memory, and gender. My research on embodiment and culture was published in in the volume Moveable Gardens: Itineraries and Sanctuaries of Remembrance in 2021.
I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. Im here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also to challenge you and help you grow. I often will give you homework/activities /reflections/ to focus on in-between sessions.
I am currently accepting new clients (adult only) for in-person appointments only. If you are experiencing difficulties managing day-to-day stressors, I have extensive experience working with a wide range of emotional issues, depression, trauma, anxiety, anger management, crisis intervention and struggles related to parenting.

I have worked in mental health field for over 20yrs. I have worked with all age range. I have a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have worked in several hospitals as well as residential treatment programs. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I currently work with adults of ages. I can provide virtual services and in office therapy appointments.
Thomas E. Kiatta, is a CA licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. He holds Master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Vocational Rehabilitation, and spent three decades with the California Department of Rehab.

Hi there, I’m Natasha. I offer creative, attachment-informed, and neurodivergent-friendly therapy for children, teens, and young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, burnout, and relationship challenges.
I have extensive experience working in both residential and outpatient settings. My approach blends curiosity, warmth, and creativity, helping clients feel deeply seen while building tools to move toward meaningful change.
