Hello,
Feeling unmotivated, anxious, and depressed? Having trouble getting out of bed? Feel like your anxiety is dragging you down? Having trouble getting through school? You have come to the right place. I love to meet my clients where they are at in their most desperate moments. We all need a good "pick me up" from time-to-time and speaking to a therapist is always a great first step. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I have experience working with children and all the way up to geriatric population. My intention is to offer a non-judgmental space to talk through past and present feelings and situations that may be uncomfortable, painful, stressful or overwhelming. I most often work with those who feel stuck due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, Autism, grief/loss or folks wanting to engage in identity exploration. Reaching out for and participating in therapy may seem daunting; however, part of my role is to help work through any uneasiness or apprehension.

Our experiences don't define us, but rather they shape how we navigate our lives and relationships. The journey into therapy can feel overwhelming, requiring us to open up to a stranger and share our most challenging moments. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to learn about those challenges and how to best support you as you embark on this journey of healing.
Deciding to come to therapy can be very scary. Sharing your most intimate thoughts with someone can be even more frightening. This is why I make sure that I create a very safe, caring, positive, and secure place where you can feel comfortable and know that you are with someone who truly cares about your well-being.
