I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) who graduated from New York University’s Art Therapy program. My professional experience includes working with diverse populations across inpatient psychiatric, community-based, and underserved settings.
I have spent most of my life helping people be the best versions of themselves, in one capacity or another. As a trauma-responsive counselor, I have several years of professional experience working with adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, addiction, loss, life transitions, relationship issues, etc.). What is most important to my client is most important to me. I strive to help clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to navigate whatever life handles them.

She takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships.
Through telehealth, Katya makes therapy accessible and flexible, providing consistent support to clients no matter where they are located.
There's a kind of exhaustion that builds so gradually you stop recognizing it as exhaustion. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family stress, and life transitions that can feel impossible to face alone, including infertility and the grief and uncertainty that often come with it. I also specialize in supporting parents of children with mental health or behavioral challenges, because the people trying hardest to help their kids often need real support too.
Hi, I’m Rebecca! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Social Work in May 2019 and became licensed in September 2019. I have experience in geriatric social work in a nursing home setting, a halfway house working with women released from prison with a history of addiction, and in an outpatient mental health and addiction clinic. I am currently working with individuals 18+.
Congratulations on making it this far in your therapy journey! I look forward to working with you. We will work together to get you to you where you would like to be in your life. Our first step is for me to listen to what is going on in your life, talk together about some of your goals, and work with you in accomplishing them.
I've been a therapist since 1994. I worked for a major organization providing therapy to groups, and individuals, and supervising other therapists for 21 years . I graduated with honors, have a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work of which I am at the most advanced standing level.
Hope, contentment and peace are some of what our work in therapy will bring to you. I invite and encourage you to reach out to me! Congratulations for taking this first step in your therapy journey !
Everyone has a story. Mine starts here in Upstate New York, where I was born and raised. It was here that I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work on the frontlines of mental health care has given me insight into the challenges individuals face and the systemic changes needed to improve outcomes — both of which inform my practice!
Beyond my professional life, I’m also a proud dog mom to my seven-year-old Morkie, Jax. When I'm not working, you might find me with a warm cup of chai, and a book in hand. Also, I love learning. I recently completed my second master's degree: my MBA through SUNY Oswego, with a focus in healthcare administration.
Most importantly, I thoroughly enjoy the work I do with my clients- supporting others on their unique journeys.
As I mentioned before, everyone has a story.
I look forward to hearing yours.
