Many of my clients have spent years putting everyone else first before finally seeking help for themselves. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional inheritance, and or caregiver role strain caring for individuals affected by HIV, I strive to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged.
My background includes critical care and HIV management, allowing me to understand the close relationship between physical health and emotional well-being.

I have been providing direct care to individuals 18 years and older for 23 years. I earned my Master of Social Work from Hunter School of Social Work. I have experience working with individuals with experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, mid-life transitions, trauma, chronic health conditions, family conflicts and stress management. I have 10+ years of experience working at 4 New York City Hospitals on Adult Inpatient Psychiatric, Geriatric, Forensic, Detox, PHP, Palliative Care, Medical, Neurology & COVID-19 Units. Individuals on these units experiencing symptoms such as: depression, anxiety, psychosis, dual diagnosis, addiction to drugs and/or alcohol, mania & complex traumas. I have worked with a diverse patient base including various cultures, ethnicities, races, sexualities, and gender identities. I graduated from University of Washington, Master of Social Work in 2012 and has been in this field for 14 years. I have worked in hospitals, and community based mental health. My passion is working with women who is trying to get pregnant, who is pregnant and who is navigating parenthood. My other passion is working with adults who were diagnosed late in life with ADHD. A lot of my clients are also dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, loss and life transitions.
