Ever had too many thoughts at once? Or the feeling of your heart pounding out of your chest? Or even just not having the energy to get out of bed in the morning? Thats called anxiety. One of the most important aspects to understanding the world around you and the stressors around you is to understand the dynamics of yourself. Many of my clients have struggled with ADHD, ASD, Anger management issues, impulsivity, stress anxiety, depression, OCD and so much more.

My name is Lori Torre, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since graduating from Stony Brook University in 2009 I have had a variety of experiences working in the mental health field including mental health housing, a community clinical setting and private practice.
