Grace Lamour (she/her) is a trauma-informed, culturally competent therapist passionate about helping clients gain insight, resilience, and self-awareness. As a child of immigrants, Grace deeply understands how identity, cultural expectations, and oppression influence mental health.

My background includes community mental health school based counseling,private practice and agency setting giving me all wide view of many ways people seek support I hold a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and have extensive clinical training with diverse individuals and family I am trained in travel informed solution focus DBT and motivational interviewing, and I enjoy using strength based approaches to help clients feel empowered from the start
I believe that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.
My approach is authentic, collaborative, and down to earth. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out. I have training in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I enjoy helping clients deepen their understanding of themselves while building practical tools for everyday life.
Outside of therapy, I value nature, creativity, and the belief that healing can happen in many forms. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, gain insight, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable.
I’m a board certified psychiatrist who places a high value on both psychotherapy and evidence-based medication management. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma and PTSD, and ADHD.
