I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected—to themselves, their partners, and the lives they are building. You may be navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, a major life transition, questions around identity or sexuality, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and relationship backgrounds. My approach is warm and collaborative, helping you better understand what’s keeping you stuck and develop new ways of moving forward.
My name is Kate. I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in the field. My practice is LGBTQI+ focused, though clients of all identities work with me. Clients come to me to reduce distress and bring ease into their lives. I practice affirmative therapy that is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and direct. I view therapy as a collaborative journey towards self-discovery, healing, and symptom relief.
My name is Maureen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State for fifteen years. I graduated from Columbia University's School of Social Work in 2005 with a concentration in clinical services. My work experience includes working in New York City to Syracuse, NY to rural Central New York in a variety of environments. Currently, I am the Deputy Director for a rural mental health clinic in Central New York.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to creating a nurturing space where my clients feel space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I strive for therapy to feel collaborative and authentic. I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach accordingly.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating-but you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, your story, and the ways they've shaped who you are. This process can be challenging at times, but I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to show up as your true self.
As an Asian American therapist and having grown up navigating two different cultures, I value the role that culture and identity play in shaping our experiences, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story. I'm here to help you in making sense of your experiences, deepening your self-understanding, and navigating challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Building a therapeuti relationship based on trust, respect, and authenticity is the core of my work-and I'm committed to showing up for you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in mental health and crisis care, supporting people through some of their most difficult moments.
Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in outpatient mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward growth and healing.
I believe that each person is the driver of their own life, and my role is to offer guidance, perspective, and a safe, compassionate space along the way. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly understood and supported.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, infertility, trauma, and those going through major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences and build tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — it’s about finding what works best for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward the life you want.
