This is your journey - you’re driving, I’m sitting in the passenger seat to provide some direction when needed. Therapy is whatever you want it to be and I’m here for it! It’s not about my agenda or what I think you should work on. Just showing up for a session in an authentic way is productive. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and psychosis as well as interpersonal and relationship issues.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in infant and early childhood mental health, early relational health, mental health consultation, and psychotherapy.
My work has included supporting children, parents, caregivers, families, and professionals navigating relationships, development, and emotional well-being.
Currently, I provide telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults, including parents who want a supportive space to explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that influence how they understand themselves and navigate parenting.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and current understanding of how the brain and body respond to stress, relationships, and life experiences. I translate this science into practical, understandable ways of making sense of emotions, patterns, and behavior.
I support clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, parenting, emotional well-being, and the ways past experiences can shape present-day life.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE SESSION AVAILABILITY AFTER 4 PM.

Outside the Office
I enjoy being active and being outdoors—walking, hiking, and and spending time with loved ones. I raise and train service dogs, attend dirt track races, meditate, and love cooking and baking. I deem myself an energetic, empathetic, resourceful, and compassionate counseling professional with proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I fully grasp the emotional and residual effects of how unresolved childhood issues, chemical substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD impact one’s daily life. Moreover, the low self-esteem, decreased self-worth, powerlessness, and hopelessness those issues incite.
Hi! I'm Darian, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 7 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress, and life transitions.
I focus mostly on behavior change. That might be a change from how you think about yourself, relationships, work, or something else. I can help you explore that. My role is to support you in believing that change is possible.
I also work in an open-ended environment. There is no contract or set number of sessions. Therapy should be flexible, and everyone's frequency is different. Most people notice growth within 10 sessions.
