Taking the first step toward healing is often the hardest part. I welcome you on this path and congratulate you on prioritizing your health. Are you experiencing anxiety or depression? Wanting to heal from trauma, self-esteem struggles, or grief? Feeling stuck in your efforts to live a fuller, more joyful life? Looking for parenting support? I help you find alternate ways of dealing with challenges and assist in pursuing your life goals and important relationships with renewed energy.
Welcome! If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of being the strong one, I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can be heard. This is your time! My style is open, down-to-earth and attentive. I will listen without judgement to what matters to you: patterns you've been living with, strengths you rely on, and fears and hopes you might not have voiced yet.
I work with adolescents and adults who want more than just healing and coping-I help folks connect the dots for how to live a more successful and joyful life. About half of my practice is focused on performance psychology, while the other half focuses on overcoming depression, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and curious. They're not only looking to feel better-they want to know why they feel the way they do. As I often say: descriptions can validate, but explanations heal. Together, we connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, and goals in order to thrive.
I have a growing focus on women’s mental health, perimenopause, and menopause and am completing additional training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT). As a former Registered Dietitian, I also incorporate evidence-based nutrition and supplements into care. When appropriate, I integrate CBT strategies into sessions to support meaningful change beyond medication alone.
Hello! I am a nurse practitioner (NP) who is experienced in both Psychiatry and Primary Care. Before graduating with my MSN and Adult Primary Care NP program in 2015, I was a RN for 9 years in the hospital setting. While working in Psychiatry starting in 2022, I decided to pursue my Post-Master’s certification in Psychiatric Mental Health NP and graduated in April of 2024.
