I'm Anabel, a clinical social worker and certified trauma therapist in TX and WA states. I work with people who are really good at holding it all together — until they're not. If you're exhausted in a way that's hard to explain, carrying more than your share, and wondering if this is just what life feels like now — this is the space I built for that. I work with adults who are holding everything together — managing responsibilities, relationships, and internal pressure — while quietly wondering why it all still feels so hard.
I am a New Yorker turned Texan after receiving my bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Health in psychology and family science. Outside of the office, I am a wife and stepmom controlling the chaos two rescue dogs bring to my household, trying to snag some peace and quiet with a cup of coffee and a good book. When others talk about me, I do not want them to label my success by my achievements or job but by the number of lives I touch
