Welcome! I am a health psychologist who is interested in helping people reach their maximum potential in their physical, mental, and spiritual health. I believe that counseling can promote self-efficacy, healing, peace, hope, and a sense of purpose. I believe that individuals are created wonderfully in body, mind, and spirit. Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CACREP-accredited) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Memphis.
Her path to counseling was shaped by a genuine passion for advocacy. Before and during her graduate studies, Amanda worked at Naval Support Activity Mid-South supporting military families, volunteered at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, and gained hands-on experience serving children and families across clinical and community settings. She has since built a career working with diverse populations — children, adolescents, and adults — and collaborates within multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded, thoughtful care for every client.
Amanda's work is driven by one core belief: that with the right support, people have room to grow.
Hi, I’m Angela, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Maryland and Tennessee via telehealth. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and specialize in working with children ages 11 and up, teens, and adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD and ASD and life transitions, and I have a warm, grounded style that helps clients feel safe and understood. My background includes extensive experience with youth and families, and I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Exposure-Based approaches, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Hi y'all, I'm Malanna, rhymes with Madonna! I’m quite the unorthodox therapist, so I’ve been told, because I approach mental health with the same sincerity that we take with our physical health. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the people who sit in front of me and trust me with their vulnerability. I'm big on cooperation; pairing your self-insights with my expertise. I'll do my best to help you highlight all of your hidden strengths, buried wins, and natural gifts that life can make us lose sight of! I currently offer telehealth services but I can guarantee it’ll be just as good as seeing me in person!
