I have experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including residential programs, behavioral health hospitals, and community mental health. I am a trained Level 1 Gottman therapist (working on Level 2), this is helpful to those struggling with relationship issues. I am also a trained Level 1 IFS therapist, which is a great modality for people struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc. I have invested countless hours in learning other helpful modalities and concepts that add to my knoweldge.
People tend to seek me out because they are looking for someone who feels normal and approachable. Sure, I have a quirk or two, but people often describe talking with me as feeling like they are talking with an old friend who happens to know a lot of mental health specific things and who gives solid counsel and makes them feel valid in this crazy world.
Exceeding expectations one client at a time is my guiding principle. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin's University and a BA from the The Evergreen State College. Since 2006, I have dedicated my career to creating safe, compassionate healing spaces that promote self-awareness, empowerment, and deep healing.

I am a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience working with people in a variety of settings. I have been practicing therapy for five years and established my Private Practice in March of 2025.
I enjoy working with clients who are motivated towards making changes in their day-to-day lives. However, therapy is slow work. That's why my foundation always starts with getting to know who you are through safety, trust, and autonomy. I work alongside you at a pace thats comfortable for you.
I focus on individual therapy utilizing therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am committed to being a trauma-informed therapist focusing on the impacts of trauma, physical and emotional safety, empowerment, autonomy, and trust.
As a clinician and a person, it’s important that the therapy is working. I also try to bring humor to session and a little of myself to the room. I feel it’s important to be authentic to the process.
I am accepting new clients! Available times: Tu/Th 9a, 10a

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master of Social Work from Walden University, which I earned in 2021. I have over five years of experience providing mental health services in both community health and school-based settings, with a primary focus on supporting children and adolescents.
For the past five years, I have worked as a school-based mental health provider across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Through this experience, I have had the opportunity to work with young people experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation and coping. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs, developmental level, and strengths.
My goal is to help children and adolescents understand themselves more fully, develop healthy coping and communication skills, and recognize the strengths they already possess. I believe meaningful therapeutic progress begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself.
I’m Dr. Hollis‐Keene, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and dual‐board‐certified Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‐BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‐BC). I specialize in evidence‐based psychiatric care that integrates holistic/functional psychiatric care principles to support whole‐person healing. My practice blends traditional psychopharmacology with lifestyle, nutrition, and mind‐body approaches to help clients understand the root contributors to their symptoms—not just manage them.
I believe treatment works best as a collaborative partnership. My role is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we explore mood, anxiety, trauma, and thought‐related concerns together. With experience in direct patient care, clinical teaching, and guiding interdisciplinary teams, I bring a comprehensive perspective to each client encounter.
Whether we’re evaluating medication options, addressing underlying physiologic drivers of mental health symptoms, or building sustainable coping strategies, my goal is to help you move toward meaningful, lasting wellness.
If you’re ready to begin or continue your mental health journey, I would be honored to work alongside you.
