I began my career as a nurse, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that compassionate care can have — that experience is what inspired me to specialize in mental health.

I work mostly with adults and tend to do a lot of couples work focusing on relationship building and restoration. My background is also heavy in substance use treatment.
