Hi there — I'm Audra, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling and Development, and I've spent my career working with people who are carrying more than they should have to carry alone — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and all the messy in-between.
I've worked in both school-based and outpatient settings, which means I've supported people from adolescence through adulthood. No matter where you are in life, I've probably sat with someone who felt exactly the way you feel right now.
Hello and Welcome! I am here to support your journey toward healing and health. With a little over 20 years of experience in counseling and 15 years as a Licensed professional counselor. I have a wealth of experience working with a variety of people helping them overcome everyday challenges. I specialize in helping people work through depression, anxiety, grief, and stress.

I'm glad you're here! I am a fully licensed LPC in Texas and Colorado and have been in the mental health field since 2009, working in community counseling and private school settings, before taking the leap into private practice.
